Our Story
Tufford Contracting got its start the way many good businesses do — by showing up when people needed help. After a severe storm tore through cottage country, our founder Tyler began helping neighbours clear debris, repair damage, and get their properties back in shape.
Word spread. What started as a helping hand grew into a dependable contracting company serving Muskoka, Gravenhurst, and the surrounding areas. Today, we handle everything from storm cleanup and landscaping to retaining walls, roofing, carpentry, hardscaping and more.
We're not the biggest outfit in cottage country — and that's by design. We stay small enough to give every client the attention they deserve, while delivering the kind of quality work that keeps people calling back.
